If higher, grades are not available lower grades to be considered. In addition to above qualifications, candidates with lower grade qualification in English Typewriting & Shorthand shall be given preference for appointment by direct recruitment. If sufficient number of candidates with Telugu Typewriting & Telugu Shorthand qualification are not available for appointment candidates with English Typewriting & Shorthand qualification may be appointed subject to the condition the he/she should acquire Telugu Typewriting & Telugu Shorthand qualification within the period of probation on pain of postponement of Increment without Cumulative effect. | 04 |
